Paysafe and Vantiv Announce Processing Agreement

London, December 6th, 2012 – Paysafe Plc (LSE: OPAY), a leading international online payments provider, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Vantiv, Inc. (NYSE: VNTV), a leading provider of payment processing services and related technology solutions for merchants and financial institutions of all sizes in the United States.
