The NETBANX virtual terminal is a self-contained web-based module within our payment gateway where data can be entered by multiple users simultaneously. You can process transactions in real time or queue them for daily processing as well as void transactions and issue credits and refunds.
No technical integration required
All you need to access the NETBANX virtual terminal is an internet connection that allows remote access for users and administrators. No integration is required and once your users are set up, they are ready to go.
Secure data capture and management
The NETBANX virtual terminal includes a hierarchy of security access levels and allows you to set permissions by user, add or delete users, change passwords and choose the language of use.
Real-time payment processing
The virtual terminal automatically transmits payment data for processing to the NETBANX gateway. Every transaction is screened for fraud including the required AVS (Address Verification System) or CVS (Card Verification System) that is typically required for keyed-in transactions.
Data management
All transactional data entered and processed through the virtual terminal can be accessed through our merchant back office where you can reconcile transactions and generate a multitude of reports.
