At NETBANX we take care to understand your business needs before proposing a solution and this means that we don’t operate off a standard rate sheet. Our charges are always based on what you tell us; however we understand that it’s important to give an idea of what we charge.

If you already have your own Internet Merchant Account with a Bank
Direct processing charges start from 10 pence per transaction this may be less depending on your monthly transaction volume. Rates are subject to status and a monthly minimum charge of £50.

If you don’t have a Merchant Account and want NETBANX to do it all for you
Bureau charges start from just 1.9% plus 20 pence for credit cards and 45 pence for debit card transactions. Rates are subject to status and a monthly minimum charge of £20. Funds settled 7 to 14 days (subject to status).

Paperless Direct Debit 
Charges start from 10 pence per transaction and are subject to a monthly minimum charge of £50. Bureau charges apply if using NETBANX SUN.
