Dan Starr is a proven global business executive with more than 15 years experience in the software industry. Prior to joining NETBANX's parent company, the NETELLER Group, Dan held the position of CMO of Salesnet, a pioneer in the on-demand customer relationship management (CRM) market, where he propelled worldwide brand awareness to number two. Previously as Vice President of Marketing at Parametric Technology Corporation, Dan successfully led project teams responsible for driving re-positioning, branding, go-to-market, product, online and customer loyalty strategies, go-to-market, product, online and customer loyalty strategies. Dan leads the NETELLER Group's Merchant Services Division, including NETBANX and the Group's other business-to-business product and service lines.
Martin Temple, Director of Strategy, Sales and Marketing
With a background in product management and sales channel development, Martin Temple is responsible for driving the sales and marketing vision for NETBANX. Prior to joining NETBANX, Martin headed up B2B sales for the Royal Bank of Scotland’s e-commerce divisions, Worldpay, Streamline and Bibit. As a founder of the UK-wide Internet and mobile communication service for schools and parents Parentmail.co.uk, Martin has broad hands-on business development experience. His e-commerce experience dates back to 1995 with the launch of the PIPEX e-commerce bureau service.
David Clark, Director of Product Development
As Director of Product Development for NETBANX, David leads product management, systems development and the technology strategy that has propelled NETBANX to market leadership in payments processing in the UK. With 15 years experience, David has the technological expertise and proven leadership across a broad range of industries, mostly in the financial services sector.
Howard Elsey, Director of Operations and Security
Responsible for payment service delivery and merchant operations, Howard Elsey has provided the technical and market expertise that has made NETBANX the leading PSP for the last 10 years. Howard brings unparalleled depth of knowledge and experience in global e-commerce, with experience ranging from B2B application administration to technical integrations and customer service. Previously, he worked in the PC, networking and internetworking arena, where he developed international channel strategies. At the forefront of market development for online applications and software, Howard was instrumental in bringing pioneering network technologies to the UK market.
Andrew Matthews, Director of Finance
Director of Finance and FSA approved Director for NETELLER (UK) Ltd and NETBANX Ltd, Andrew Matthews joined NETBANX in 1998 as Financial Controller. A fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Andrew is responsible for developing and maintaining the billing and management information systems. An integral part of the NETBANX team, Andrew implemented a risk management program for NETBANX bureau merchants and contributed to the credit card and direct debit platform development.
Cliff Marshall, Director of Payment Services
Cliff is responsible for bringing new payment types into both NETBANX and its parent, the NETELLER Group. He is also responsible for managing ongoing payment service relationships. An experienced payments industry professional, Cliff has a successful track record with companies such as HSBC and S1 Corporation. Prior to joining the NETELLER Group he was a consultant with Voca Ltd involved in assisting some of the countries largest corporates with their migration to the BACSTEL-IP payments platform. |
